Founded in the living room of Dom's apartment in 2026, Fat Cat Coffee Supply Co. is designed to bring great quality coffee to our friends and family.

Our inspiration is Dom's cat Lilly! Since moving to Chicago, Lilly has been there every step of the way. From the first roast, to sales nationwide, Lilly has seen it all.

While our Cat of the Week will change, Lilly will hold a permanent place in Fat Cat's story.
